Wollten auf einen Kaffee und Kuchen vorbei kommen - es blieb nur bei einem Getränk. Die Preise sind sehr merkwürdig angepasst und waren für uns schwer nachzuvollziehen. Der Kurkuma Latte war dennoch lecker.

Maybe the servers were over worked, they kept being passive aggressive at every word. Not giving us seat, reminding 3 or 4 times about the closing time and when taking order they were so "done with it". Did not feel welcome at all, felt i had to apologise for every movement i make, every decision and thought to the waiters. The coffee was good but the cakes were dull and stale.

Having visited Yellow Mellow more than 20 times during my years in Frankfurt am Main, I can't help but feel a warm affection for this cozy spot. Run by a lovely lady with Turkish roots, Yellow Mellow always welcomes you with open arms and a friendly smile. Despite changing up its menu over time, Yellow Mellow has never failed to impress me with its consistently delicious offerings. Their cakes, in particular, are not only mouthwatering but also look absolutely irresistible. Of course, like many places, Yellow Mellow has had to adjust its prices over the years, especially with all the challenges brought on by Covid and inflation. But hey, that's just life, right? Looking back on my visits, I find myself really missing the laid-back mornings spent at Yellow Mellow - enjoying a hearty breakfast, chatting with the cheerful staff, and treating myself to those scrumptious cakes. It's a place that holds a special spot in my heart, and I can't wait for the chance to go back again.
