Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles perfekt???????? der Lieferant war super freundlich! Das Essen ist überragend frisch und sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen

Context : Uber Eats delivery. The items arrived around 30minutes after max delivery time. While the food was fresh enough, there were important issues with it. First, the rice base and black lentils base in both meals were severely undercooked - probably not more than 5 minutes of cooking. Rice was still hard as were the lentils. I don't know if it's because it's a saturday evening and employees were tired but come on, you can't expect a customer to be satisfied with something they can't eat half of. Second issue was the size of the fish part - you can compare the images, no comment is necessary there :') The delivery guy reimbursed us for the missing Fritz-Colas so that's fair. I also accepted to replace the soy beans sprouts with something else so no problem there, the employee on the phone was trying to find a solution so that's cool. All in all, I cannot recommend this place following my experience but if they adjust their cooking times for the carbs bases then it could be pretty good. I hope you will adjust those shortcomings as that will 100% help your business get more customers.
