Sehr freundlicher Service. Frühstück ist super, lange kein so gutes und vor allem üppiges Hotelfrühstück mehr gehabt. Was die Betten angeht: sehr bequem! Nun zur Sauberkeit... die lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sowohl auf dem Zimmer (Bad und Boden) als auch in der Sauna, bzw. im Duschbereich der Sauna. Daher nur drei Sterne bei Zimmer/ da habe ich die Sauna jetzt mal inkludiert.

We came to this hotel with our family and given the price we paid for it we were expecting much more: - WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, it seems that they are almost expecting you to go for the pay WiFi given the bad quality of the free one. Given the current circumstances where everything is now booked through smartphones or people traveling from all over the world you cannot be a well known hotel without proper WiFi. It is the base for starting to be a quality hotel. - The doors of the bathroom and the room where imposible to close. If you wanted to go to the bathroom at night it was impossible to go without waking the other person - Service wasn’t the best either. We were waiting for the elevator and someone from housekeeping tried to open our hotel room door without even knocking. And when she was unable to open it, she got mad and stormed away. It seems that they don’t care so much for the privacy of the guests - The rooms were cleaned during the moment we were having breakfast which is very convenient but also questionable in terms of how much they actually clean - The breakfast was very complete. You could choose from pastries, fruit and warm food - very good isolation, the hotel was in front of a big avenue and you wouldn’t hear anything - very bad smell in the bathroom

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Lage vom Hotel sehr gut. Vor allem der Mitarbeiter Ünal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, weiter so!
