Ist halt eine Kette, aber guter Service. Nur leider sehr laut.

First of all, we wanted to go eat dinner on Eastern Friday and we went to the restaurant around 16 o'clock to book dinner for the evening and waitress said it is not necessary and they don't take reservations for the same day anymore. But at this moment, restaurant was already full of people and we were worried we wont get a table later anymore. So I decided to book a table via their website and oh it was a good idea that I did this.....because restaurant was at 20.30 fully booked and there would have been no chance for us to get a table without it. So it shows actually very poor and inconsiderate service. Then we were seated, service was poor I would say as one of the drinks was forgotten at first and we were not asked during eating how we are doing. Also, we received food very very fast which was a bit suspicious as the restaurant was full of people. Both of our pasta dishes looked a bit as they had been prepared and then forgotten and then heated up. For that price, I expected more. Even tho taste was okay and portions were very big so that's good. Also dessert with two small options was great, we had tiramisu and panna cotta but tiramisu was not good. It was only cream basically without any cookies inbetween and the cream was not creamy, more like melted ice cream, too liquidish. Bathrooms were of awful conditions in the restaurant - there was no toilet paper and it was a mess. So, all in all, I don't think I would go again. Atmosphere was very loud and it was so hot in there with tables very close to each other.

We came in very late but they offered us a table right away. Food: Delicioys but not very authentic. I would add more spices. I would also add more vegan options. The prices are too high. Service: One of the best services I ever had. Friendly stuff. Atmosphere: Welcoming.
